摘要
大容量直流变压器(HDCT)是直流组网的核心设备,这里设计了基于集成门极换流晶闸管的HDCT(IGCT-HDCT),通过最小回流功率注入的方式实现了直流变压器(DCT)全功率范围下的零电压开通,在此基础上,增加了关断缓冲电容进而实现了准零开关损耗。同时,利用IGCT通态压降低的优点降低系统通态损耗。最后,研制了1.5 kV/2 MW的HDCT样机,验证了所提方案的有效性。
High capacity direct current transformer(HDCT)is the core equipment of DC network.A high capacity DC transformer based on integrated gate commutated thyristors(IGCT-HDCT)is designed,which realizes zero voltage open-ing under the full power range of direct current transformer(DCT)by the method of minimum return power injection.On this basis,the turn-off buffer capacitance is added to realize quasi-zero switching loss.At the same time,the on-state loss of the system is reduced by the advantage of IGCT on-state voltage reduction.Finally,a 1.5 kV/2 MW HDCT prototype is developed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
