本文介绍了一款反激式开关电源,采用电流型PWM芯片UC3842进行控制。首先,简要介绍了开关电源的工作原理和反激变换器的工作原理;然后,详细讨论了设计过程,包括在整流滤波电路、变压器设计、电压反馈电路设计、PWM控制电路设计等;最后,利用Multisim软件进行电路仿真模型的搭建,可以实现24 V稳定电压的输出,输出电压约3 ms保持稳定。验证了设计的正确性,为今后类似电源设计和优化提供了参考。
This article describes a flyback switching power supply that is controlled by a current-type PWM chip UC3842. Firstly, the working principles of switch power supply and flyback converter are briefly introduced. Then, the design process is discussed in detail, including rectification and filter-ing circuit, transformer design, voltage feedback circuit design, and PWM control circuit design. Fi-nally, using Multisim software, a circuit simulation model is built, which can achieve a stable output of 24 V voltage, and the output voltage can be kept stable for about 3 ms. The correctness of the de-sign is verified, which provides a reference for similar power supply design and optimization in the future.
