摘要
为提高薄型中/高密度纤维板的铺装精度,对现有铺装系统进行技术改进,并对改进前后生产的薄型中/高密度纤维板密度进行检测。结果表明,经对铺装辊齿形及其驱动装置的改造,在相同工艺条件下,板坯铺装质量明显提升,2.0 mm厚薄板的板内密度偏差由5.98%降低至2.30%,产品密度由0.931 g/cm3降低至0.900 g/cm3,有效降低了生产成本。
The existing paving system was optimized to improve the paving accuracy of thin medium/high-density fibreboard(MDF/HDF).The density of the thin MDF/HDF prepared before and after the improvement was measured.Under the same process conditions,the paving quality of the slab was significantly improved due to the modification of the tooth-shaped device and drive unit of the paving roller.In-board density deviation for 2.0 mm thin boards was reduced from 5.98%to 2.30%.Moreover,the density of the product was reduced from 0.931 g/cm3 to 0.900 g/cm3,effectively reducing the production cost.
