临床医学专业学位硕士抑郁焦虑状况的随访研究 被引量:1

A Follow-up Study on Depression and Anxiety of Postgraduates With Professional Degree in Clinical Medicine

摘要 目的探究临床专业学位硕士研究生(以下简称“专硕”)在进入临床实践学习后,其抑郁、焦虑状况变化情况,并展开相关影响因素分析。方法采用病人健康问卷抑郁量表(patient health questionnaire,PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑量表(generalized anxiety disorder assessment,GAD-7)和自制影响因素情况表于2021年11月—2022年6月对2021年9月入学并在福建医科大学附属第一医院进行临床轮转学习的专硕开展调查。使用SPSS 25.0统计学软件进行处理,对2次调查测得的前后数据进行分析,用二元Logistic回归分析学生性别、培养专业、年龄、籍贯等在影响量表分数中的关联程度。结果随访时研究对象的抑郁、焦虑检出率(48.65%,24.32%)与基线调查(49.55%,17.12%)时相比变化趋势差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),变化趋势为持续保持同水平。二元Logistic回归分析后得出生源地(省外)是临床专硕持续抑郁状态的独立危险因素,年龄及婚姻爱情压力是临床专硕持续焦虑状态的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论临床专硕的抑郁焦虑状况呈持续状态,未能得到好转,需要管理部门进一步关注并合理干预。 Objective To explore the changes of depression and anxiety status of clinical master degree students(hereinafter referred to as"professional master")after they enter clinical practice and study,and analyze related influencing factors.Methods The patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9),generalized anxiety disorder assessment(GAD-7)and self-made influencing factors table were used to investigate the professional masters enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University in September 2021 and undergoing clinical rotation study from November 2021 to June 2022.SPSS 25.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data before and after the two surveys,and Analyze-Regression-Binary Logistic was used to analyze the correlation degree of students’gender,training major,age,native place and so on in the influencing scale scores.Results The prevalence rates of depression and anxiety at the follow-up(48.65%,24.32%)were not significantly different from those at the baseline survey(49.55%,17.12%)(P>0.05),but the trend remained the same.Analyze-Regression-Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that place of origin(outside province)was an independent risk factor for persistent depression of clinical master,and age and marital and love stress were independent risk factors for persistent anxiety of clinical master(P<0.05).Conclusion The depression and anxiety status of clinical master students are persistent and cannot be improved,which needs further attention and reasonable intervention from the management department.
