摘要
深入分析科技伦理治理的构成要素可以为科技伦理治理实践提供精准的靶向性目标,为科技伦理全过程治理提供遵循。针对科技伦理治理的薄弱环节,提出完善我国科技伦理治理可从四个方面着手,即防范科技伦理治理风险,强化科技伦理教育培训机制,完善科技伦理审查监督体制,加强科技伦理国际合作。建议科研共同体在此基础上,为提升我国科技伦理治理能力,促进国家科技自立自强做出积极的贡献。
By seriously analyzing the components of science and technology ethics governance,it can provide accurate targeted goals for the practice of science and technology ethics governance,as well as guidance for the whole process of science and technology ethics governance.Aiming at the weak links of science and technology ethics governance,this paper puts forward four aspects to improve the science and technology ethics governance in China,namely,preventing science and technology ethics governance risks,strengthening education and training mechanism of science and technology ethics,perfecting examination and supervision system of science and technology ethics,and strengthening international cooperation of science and technology ethics.On this basis,it is suggested that the scientific research community should make positive contributions to enhancing the ethical governance ability of science and technology and promoting the country's self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology.
