马铃薯不同生育期耐盐性鉴定

摘要 马铃薯是全球最重要的块茎类作物,是有效利用我国盐碱地资源、保障国家粮食安全的重要作物,但其不同生育期对盐胁迫的耐受性研究较少,限制了马铃薯耐盐资源的筛选与利用.以优薯5号为试验材料,采用200 mmol/L NaCl溶液浇灌盆栽苗,对马铃薯不同生育期进行表型以及相关生理指标的测定.结果表明马铃薯不同生育期盐耐受性差异明显:种子萌发受盐胁迫影响较大,其萌发完全受到抑制;薯块发芽期株高明显受盐胁迫抑制;幼苗期叶片萎蔫最明显,电导率和脯氨酸含量在盐处理120 h后显著提高,叶绿素含量在72 h后降至最低,丙二醛含量在24 h显著提高;花蕾期植株生长受盐胁迫影响较小;结薯期株高受盐胁迫的影响较小.综上所述,马铃薯不同生育期的耐盐性具有显著的差异. Potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)is the most important tuber crop in the world and is an important crop effectively using of saline resources in China for national food security.However,there are few studies on the tolerance of potato to salt stress at different growth periods,which limits the screening and use of salt-tolerant resources in potato.In this research,we surveyed the morphological and physiological changes in response to salt stress at different growth periods based on a hybrid accession′YS5′.Potted seedlings were treated with 200 mmol/L NaCl solution at seed,germination period,young seedling,flowering,and tuberization period,respectively.The results showed that salt tolerance differed significantly between different growth periods:seed germination was affected by salt stress,and germination was completely inhibited;Plant height was significantly inhibited by salt stress at the germination stage;Leaf wilting was most obvious at the young seedling,conductivity and proline content increased significantly after 120 h of salt treatment,chlorophyll content decreased to a minimum after 72 h,and malondialdehyde content increased significantly at 24 h;Plant growth was less affected by salt stress at the flowering stage;The plant height at the tuberization period was less affected by salt stress.In summary,there are significant differences in salt tolerance in potato at different growth periods.
