不同类型水稻品种对盐胁迫响应的差异 被引量:2

摘要 在籼稻和粳稻中分别选取耐盐和盐敏感的2个品种,通过对50 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl盐胁迫7 d后的幼苗植株生物量、生理参数及根尖Na^(+)、K^(+)流速的测定,研究耐盐能力不同的水稻幼苗对短期盐胁迫响应的差异。结果表明:盐胁迫下供试水稻品种幼苗植株生长均受到抑制,但与盐敏感品种相比,盐胁迫后耐盐品种植株鲜重降幅较小,体内可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量升高,而丙二醛含量降低,生长状况总体较好。利用非损伤微测技术对根尖Na^(+)、K^(+)离子流的测定结果表明,Na^(+)和K^(+)吸收和积累与耐盐性有关,且存在品种间差异。盐胁迫后,籼稻中广盐1号表现为吸收Na^(+)、K^(+)并积累在地上部,以调节地上部Na^(+)/K^(+)比;而粳稻中盐稻12号K^(+)损失量较大,但根部能减少Na^(+)吸收量,以维持根部较低的Na^(+)/K^(+)比。综上,不同类型水稻抵御盐胁迫的策略存在差异,这为利用生理指标与非损伤技术结合鉴定水稻耐盐能力提供了依据。 In order to study the physiological responses of rice seedlings with different salt tolerance to short-term salt stress,two salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive varieties,representing indica and japonica rice respectively,were selected and solution-cultured.The biomass,physiological parameters,Na^(+),K^(+)content of rice seedlings and ion flux in root tip after 7 days of 50 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl stress were measured.The results showed that the fresh weight of salt-tolerant varieties decreased less under salt stress,compared with that of salt-sensitive varieties.After salt stress,the contents of soluble sugar and proline in seedlings of salt-tolerant varieties were higher than those of salt-sensitive varieties,but malondialdehyde content was lower.The overall growth status of salt tolerant rice seedling was less affected by salt stress.Na^(+)and K^(+)flux in root tips monitored by none-invasive micro-test tTechnology(NMT)indicated that Na^(+)and K^(+)uptake by root and accumulation in rice seedlings were associated with salt tolerance and related to variety types.Under salt stress,Na^(+)and K^(+)were absorbed and accumulated in shoot of indica Guangyan 1 to regulate shoot Na^(+)/K^(+)ratio,while japonica Yandao 12 lose K^(+)but the Na^(+)uptake in root was reduced to maintain the lower Na^(+)/K^(+)ratio in root.These results suggested that the strategy in resistance to salt stress may genetically differ with rice varieties.This study provided a reference for the rapid identification and screening of salt tolerant rice materials by the integration of physiological index and root tip ion flux measurement by NMT technique.
