摘要
刀具涂层材料在机械切削和打磨过程中至关重要,其可以提高刀具的寿命、减少摩擦和磨损,从而提高生产效率和加工质量。文章总结了几种类型涂层的研究现状,阐述了多种元素的应用对刀具涂层种类的影响,分析了各类涂层性能的优缺点,并讨论了刀具涂层中非金属元素的应用、抗氧化涂层、纳米复合多层涂层、纳米成分梯度涂层的优势和研究现状。未来刀具涂层将更加多样化、高性能化,为刀具提供更好的性能,从而提高刀具的使用效率和寿命。
The cutting tool coating is essential in the mechanical cutting and grinding process,which can improve the production efficiency and machining quality by extending the service life,reducing wear and tear of tools.In this paper,the current research progress of several cutting tool coatings was reviewed,and the impact of the application of various elements on the type of cutting tool coating was expounded.The performance advantages and disadvantages of various coatings were analyzed,and the advantage and research progress of the application of non-metallic elements,oxidation-resistant coatings,nanocomposite multi-layer coatings,and nanocomposite gradient coatings in cutting tool coating were also discussed.The cutting tool coatings would be more diversified and have high-performance,providing better performance for cutting tools to improve the service efficiency and life of cutting tools.
