摘要
近年来,涂层硬质合金在涂层材料、物理结构、涂层技术、晶粒尺度、基体等诸多方面取得了长足进步。本文从材料学角度,综述了涂层硬质合金在涂层方法、涂层结构类型、涂层材料及结构、涂层基体等方面的国内外研究进展,结合具体涂镀技术和工艺,对比和讨论了不同类型涂层的物理性能、力学性能、切削性能和适用范围,并对涂层硬质合金行业的发展进行了展望。
Some progresses have been obtained in the field of coated cemented carbide, including coating materials, coating physical structure, coating technologies, grain size and substrate. In the view of materials science, the advances in coating methods, coating types, coating materials and structure, coating substrate are reviewed. The physical properties, mechanical properties, cutting performances and application of different types of coatings, associating with their coating technologies, are compared and discussed. The development tendency of this field is also proposed.
