摘要
降低我国蔗糖业的综合成本,提高效益成为我国蔗糖业亟需解决的问题。文章建立模型研究了影响中转站建立的物流成本因素,分析表明如果原料蔗地块相对集中,产量达到一定规模且与糖厂的距离相对远,建立具有一定中转规模的中转站可以降低物流成本。管理水平越高,中转能力越大,建立的中转站可以与糖厂的距离越近。在此基础上建立包含一定中转规模的中转站的原料蔗供应链优化模型,结合实际调研数据,运用情景分析法对包含中转站的供应链进行优化计算分析。分析表明具有一定压榨规模的糖厂在原料蔗地块相对集中的地方建立具有一定中转规模的中转站可以节约大量的物流成本,相对集中的地块距离糖厂越远,节约的物流成本越大。最后提出相关建议。
Reducing the comprehensive cost and improving the benefits of China s sugar industry have become an urgent problem to be solved.To tackle this issue,a model is proposed to investigate the factors that influence the logistics cost of the loading station.The analysis indicates that ogistics costs can be reduced at the loading station if the raw cane plots are relatively concentrated,the outputs reach a certain scale,and the distances from the sugar factory are relatively long.Furthermore,the loading capacity increases with higher management levels,and the loading station can be positioned closer to the sugar factory.A supply chain optimization model including loading stations is established.Combined with the actual survey data,the scenario analysis method is used to analyze the supply chain.It is showed that a lot of logistics costs can be saved if loading stations are established in relatively concentrated raw cane areas.The farther the relatively concentrated areas are from the sugar factory,the greater the logistics costs would be saved.Additionally,the establishment of loading stations leads to improved sugarcane freshness and increased sugar yield.
