摘要
供应链网络优化设计是应对不确定性环境的一种重要途径。针对不确定环境下,供应链关系质量愈加重要的现象,构建了考虑供应链关系质量的网络优化设计模型。该模型以多层网状供应链系统为研究对象,以供应商—制造商关系质量、设施选址、能力规划、供应商选择为优化内容,以供应链成本最低为优化目标。数值算例运算结果显示:企业会选择与绩效高的供应商建立合作伙伴关系,这样不仅供应链关系质量维持成本可以达到最低,而且供应链总成本也可以达到最低,进一步验证了模型的有效性和可行性。
Supply chain network optimization design is incereasingly important to respond to the uncertain environment.Network optimization design model considering with the supply chain relationship quality is built.This model takes the multilayer network supply chain system as the research object,supplier-manufacturer relationship quality,facility location,capacity planning and supplier selection as the optimization contents,and the minimum cost of the supply chain as the optimization target.A numerical example operation result shows that enterprises will establish partnership with better performancing suppliers.Thus not only the supply chain relationship quality maintain cost can be minimized,but also the total cost of the supply chain.It further verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
