摘要
康养产业与旅游产业的融合发展已成为时代新热点新趋势,以中国天然氧吧县为对象,选取四川19个县市区,基于6个维度12个指标的2017~2021年的均值数据,运用熵值法与耦合协调度模型对中国天然氧吧县康旅融合水平进行了测度分析。结果表明:①康旅系统耦合度均值达到0.9299,表明耦合程度较高,相互作用较强;②康旅系统协调度则比较偏低,仅有9个县为轻度失调,其余10县中有9个县为中度失调、1县为濒临失调;③康旅系统同步性发展步调呈现出明显的不一致,有11个县为旅游产业发展滞后型,8个县为康养产业发展滞后型。通过对四川省中国天然氧吧县康旅融合发展现状进行研究分析,相应提出了促进康旅融合发展的对策建议:①促进康旅产业资源优势互补,推动两大产业优质协调发展;②培育康养旅游技术人才,建立人才交流合作机制;③完善康旅产品设施,提升康旅融合发展业态。
The integration development of the health and tourism industry has become a new hot topic and trend of the times.Taking natural oxygen bar counties in China as the object,19 counties and cities(districts)in Sichuan were selected.Based on the mean data of six dimensions and 12 indicators from 2017 to 2021,the entropy method and coupling coordination model were used to measure and analyze the level of health and tourism integration in natural oxygen bar counties in China.Research shows that:①The average coupling degree of the health tourism system reaches 0.9299,indicating a high degree of coupling and strong interaction;②The coordination degree of the health and tourism system is relatively low,with only 9 counties experiencing mild imbalance,while 9 out of the remaining 10 counties have moderate imbalance,and 1 county is on the brink of imbalance;③The synchronous development pace of the health and tourism system shows significant inconsistency,with 11 counties being lagging behind in the development of the tourism industry and 8 counties being lagging behind in the development of the health and wellness industry.By studying and analyzing the current situation of the integration of health and tourism in China's natural oxygen bar counties in Sichuan Province,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the integration of health and tourism:①promoting the complementary advantages of health and tourism industry resources,and promoting the high-quality and coordinated development of the two major industries;②cultivating health tourism technical talents and establishing a talent exchange and cooperation mechanism;③improving the facilities of health tourism products and enhancing the integrated development of health tourism industry.
