摘要 中国香港作为连接中国内地与世界的桥梁,回归后一直重视区域教育枢纽建设。25年来,中国香港区域教育枢纽政策经历学生枢纽、人才枢纽以及知识枢纽3个发展阶段,其演变过程呈现从片面到多维的主动适应性、从零散单一到系统综合的持续递进性、从教育部门到多个部门协同的多主体协同性等特征,为区域教育枢纽的成功奠定了基础。中国香港区域教育枢纽的建设历程实质上是探索教育、人才与科技一体化发展的过程,为中国新时代科教兴国战略的实施提供了经验借鉴。
