摘要
新时代我国的发展方式已由高速增长转为高质量发展,高质量发展离不开高质量人才,高质量人才离不开职后继续教育高质量发展。继续教育高质量发展的本质就是贯彻新发展理念,以提高人才培养质量为核心落实立德树人根本任务。新时代我国继续教育高质量发展的要求就是坚持党对继续教育工作的全面领导,以人才培养为中心,以需求为导向,以改革创新为动力,规范和加强管理。当下,我国继续教育发展在政策法规不断完善、办学规模不断扩大、课程教学形式不断改进、服务功能和社会效益不断提升方面取得了可喜的成绩,但是也面临着继续教育制度机制不够健全、服务不精准、资源配置不够合理、参与效果不理想等方面的问题,需要从完善继续教育顶层设计、强化政策支持、优化办学体制、创新课程教学模式、提升服务能力等方面推进继续教育高质量发展。
In the new era,China’s development mode has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development which is inseparable from high-quality talents which are inseparable from the high-quality development of post-service continuing education.The essence of the high-quality development of continuing education is to implement the new development concept,to focus on improving the quality of talent training,and to implement the fundamental task of nurturing morality and cultivating talents.The requirement for the high-quality development of continuing education in China in the new era is to adhere to the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China in the work of continuing education,to focus on the cultivation of talents,to be demand-oriented,to be driven by reform and innovation,and to regulate and strengthen the management of schooling.At present,the development of continuing education in China has made gratifying achievements in the continuous improvement of policies and regulations,the continuous expansion of school-running scale,the continuous perfection of curriculum teaching forms,and the continuous improvement of service functions and social benefits,but it is also faced with problems such as imperfect continuing education system and mechanism,inaccurate services,unreasonable resource allocation,and unsatisfactory participation effects,etc.,so it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of continuing education from the aspects of improving the top-level design,strengthening policy support,optimizing the school-running system,innovating the curriculum teaching mode,and improving service capabilities.
