摘要
推进文化自信、增强中华文化传播力影响力是中文国际传播的根本目标和必然要求。中文国际传播践行文化自信的发展过程,体现了民族性、多元性、科学性、融合性四个典型特征。文化自信视域下的中文国际传播应坚持三种发展思路:既保持传统特征,又体现当代气质;既体现中国文化独特性,又促进中国文化与世界文明的交流与对话;既鼓励学术研究,又积极孕育特色文化产业。孔子学院也应进一步加强形象宣传,深化中外文化的理解与互信,进而构建具有民族观、历史观、国际观和当代特色的中国语言文化对外传播格局。
Promoting cultural confidence and enhancing the influence of Chinese cultural dissemination is the fundamental goal and inevitable requirement of Chinese international communication.The development process of cultural confidence in the practice of Chinese international communication reflects four typical characteristics:nationality,diversity,scientificity and integration.From the perspective of cultural confidence,Chinese international communication should adhere to three development ideas:maintaining traditional characteristics while reflecting contemporary temperament,which not only embodies the uniqueness of Chinese culture,but also promotes the exchange and dialogue between Chinese culture and world civilization;and encouraging academic research while actively nurturing characteristic cultural industries.Confucius Institutes should also further strengthen image promotion,deepen understanding and mutual trust between Chinese and foreign cultures and build a pattern of Chinese language and culture dissemination with national,historical,international and contemporary characteristics.
