摘要
在氯化钠结晶过程中加入某种添加剂,可得到树枝状、针状、柱状等不同晶形的氯化钠晶体。研究人员通过改变添加剂种类以及蒸发结晶的方式和条件,研究了氯化钠结晶行为和晶体形貌的变化情况。通过实验发现单平面蒸发可以制备得到树枝状氯化钠晶体,而且蒸发速度的快慢会影响晶体的粒径大小,同时用柠檬酸三铵以及葡萄糖+蔗糖复合作为添加剂可以得到八面体状和树枝状氯化钠晶体,但添加剂改变氯化钠晶形的机理还需要进一步探索和研究。
Adding a certain additive during the crystallization process of sodium chloride can obtain sodium chloride crystals with different crystal shapes such as dendritic,needle like,and columnar.Researchers studied the changes in the crystallization behavior and crystal morphology of sodium chloride by changing the types of additives and the methods and conditions of evaporation crystallization.Through experiments,it was found that single plane evaporation can prepare dendritic sodium chloride crystals,and the speed of evaporation can affect the particle size of the crystals.At the same time,octahedral and dendritic sodium chloride crystals can be obtained by using triammonium citrate and glucose+sucrose composite as additives.However,the mechanism by which additives change the crystal shape of sodium chloride still needs further exploration and research.
