摘要
对桂农薯4号在南方冬作种植的丰产性、抗逆性、适应性等进行综合鉴定,为选择适宜在北海市冬作种植的马铃薯新品种提供参考依据。桂农薯4号参加了全国农技中心下达的2019—2021年南方冬作组马铃薯新品种北海市的随机区组试验,以‘费乌瑞它’为对照(CK),调查其生育期、块茎性状和经济性状,并测定其产量。桂农薯4号经过两年的试验结果表明:两年产量分别比CK增产3.04%和16.87%,但增产均不显著;出苗率分别比对照种高18.44个百分点和23.56个百分点;其经济性状相当优秀,几乎无二次生长、裂薯、空心的情况;抗逆性较强,尤其是晚疫病抗性表现中抗至抗病水平;早疫病抗性表现高抗水平。其它品种综合表现较差,中薯566和闽薯5号产量较高,但空心率和裂薯率却偏高,泉农薯6号产量低、不抗病等。北海市马铃薯冬作生育期间寡照时间长、中期遇到低温、后期气温回升快并伴随阴雨天气,容易爆发晚疫病等病害。根据北海的气候特点和马铃薯耕作制度,冬作马铃薯品种需要具有对光照不敏感、抗晚疫病,早熟、高产等特点,而桂农薯4号正好具有这些特点。所以桂农薯4比较适合在北海市秋冬季种植,建议在当地进一步鉴定桂农薯4号的丰产性。
Yield,stress resistance,adaptability and other items of potato Guinongshu 4 in win-ter planting in southern China were identified comprehensively to provide reference for selecting a new potato varieties suitable for winter planting in Beihai.Guinongshu 4 was used in the experimentof Southern Winter Cropping Group from 2019 to 2021 for new potato varieties in Beihai authorized by the National Agricultural Technology Center.With"Favoritai"as the control(CK),growth period,tuber traits,economic traits of Guinongshu 4 were investigated,and its yield was measured.The re-sults of the two-year experiment showed that:the yield of Guinongshu 4 was 3.04%and 16.87%higher than that of CK in two years,respectively,but the yield increase was not significant;germina-tion rate was 22.86%and 31.36%higher than that of CK;the economic traits were great as almost no secondary growth,splitting or pithiness were found;moderate to resistant resistance was found in terms of late blight resistance,indicating strong stress resistance;in terms of early blight,high resis-tance was found.Other varieties'performance was poor comprehensively.For example,Zhongshu 566 and Minshu 5 had high yield,but the hollow rate and crack rate were high,and Quannongshu 6 had low yield but was not resistant to disease.In potato winter cropping area in Beihai,during potato growth,cloudy days lasted long,low temperature appear in middle period,and temperature rised quickly in the late period with rain weather,which caused diseases such as late blight.Based on cli-mate and potato cropping systems,winter cropping potato varieties need to have insensitivity to light,late blight resistance,early maturity and high yield,which is exactly what Guinongshu 4 is like.Therefore,Guinongshu 4 is suitable to be planted in autumn and winter in Beihai,and it is sug-gested to identify the yield of Guinongshu 4.
