辽宁地区抗马铃薯疮痂病种质资源筛选 被引量:1

Screening resistance germplasm resources of potato scab in Liaoning Province

摘要 为明确不同马铃薯品种在辽宁地区对马铃薯疮痂病的抗性水平,以便进一步筛选出适合辽宁地区种植的抗马铃薯疮痂病品种,为当地马铃薯品种选择提供科学依据,本试验收集了50个马铃薯品种,并在辽宁省本溪市马铃薯研究所试验基地通过田间试验对马铃薯种质资源进行抗性鉴定,筛选抗性资源。结果表明,2022年马铃薯疮痂病整体发生较轻,其中闽彩4号、华11号、681、DF1、雪川红、丽薯7号、豫商薯15号、华13号、北方001、大西洋、京张薯3号和南中552对马铃薯疮痂病的抗性表现相对较好,病情指数均在8以下。其中南中552、京张薯3号和雪川红甚至达到了完全免疫的程度。 In order to clarify the resistance level of different potato varieties to potato scab in Liaoning area,so as to further screen out potato scab resistant varieties suitable for planting in Liaoning area,and provide scientific basis for the selection of local potato industry varieties.In this experiment,50 potato varieties were collected to identify the resistance of potato germplasm resources through field experiments and screen resistant resources in the base of Benxi Potato Research Institute in Liaoning Province.The results showed that the incidence of potato scab in 2022 was mild.Among them,Mincai 4,Hua 11,681,DF1,Xuechuanhong,Lishu 7,Yushangshu 15,Hua 13,Beibei 001,Atlantic,Jingzhangshu 3 and Nanzhong 552 had relatively good resistance to potato scab,and the disease index was below 8.Among them,Nanzhong 552,Jingzhangshu 3 and Xuechuanhong even reached the level of complete immunity.
