摘要
目的:调查复旦大学附属妇产科医院建设的“互联网+孕妇学校”平台的应用情况,为构建和发展高效、实用、可持续发展的新型孕期健康教育模式提供科学依据。方法:2022年1—6月采用便利抽样法选取参加复旦大学附属妇产科医院“互联网+孕妇学校”学习的孕妇180人,对其听课情况、孕产期健康知识掌握程度以及平台应用情况等进行调查。结果:未在“互联网+孕妇学校”听过课程的孕妇22人,占12.22%;完成3次及以上课程学习的孕妇65人,占36.11%;5次课程全部学习的只有6人,占3.33%。新媒体平台、授课师资、课程内容、个人情况均会影响孕妇对“互联网+孕妇学校”的应用意愿。影响孕妇听课的主要障碍因素是课程内容和孕妇个人原因,分别占57.22%、41.11%。结论:“互联网+孕妇学校”是未来传播孕产期健康教育知识的主要平台,需要全面探究孕妇应用“互联网+孕妇学校”平台的意愿机制,促使孕妇应用信息化平台,提高妇幼人群的健康水平,为母婴健康提供保障。
OBJECTIVE To introduce the construction of“Internet+Pregnancy School”,and to investigate and analyze the ap⁃plication of the school.METHODS It selected 180 pregnant women in“Internet+Pregnancy School”by purposive sampling meth⁃od from January to June in 2022 and investigated them.The questionnaire included class attendance,maternity health care knowl⁃edge,and the application of the platform.RESULTS 22 pregnant women did not attend the course in“Internet+Pregnancy School”,accounting for 12.22%;65 pregnant women completed 3 or more courses,accounting for 36.11%;Only 6 people studied all of the five courses(3.33%).New media platforms,teaching teachers,course content and personal conditions affected pregnant women’s willingness to apply“Internet+Pregnancy School”.The main obstacle factors affecting pregnant women’s listening were the course content and the personal reasons of pregnant women,accounting for 57.22%and 41.11%.CONCLUSION“Internet+Pregnancy School”is the main platform for the dissemination of health education knowledge during pregnancy and childbirth in the future.It is necessary to comprehensively explore the willingness mechanism of pregnant women to apply the“Internet+Preg⁃nancy School”platform,so as to promote the occurrence of pregnant women applying the information platform,improve the health level of women and children,and provide guarantee for the health of mothers and children.
