融合教学模式下中学思政课教师胜任力构成及形塑策略 被引量:1

摘要 融合教学模式引发了中学思政课教学的深层次革命,对中学思政课教师胜任力提出了新要求。融合教学模式下,中学思政课教师胜任力由知识水平、教学技能、政治素养、职业道德、个人特质、内在动机六个维度构成,每个维度下分别包含若干具体的胜任力特征。运用质性研究法开展调查研究发现,在融合教学模式下,中学思政课教师在这六个维度均不同程度地存在胜任力不足的问题。成因主要有思想理念陈旧、教师主观能动性发挥不够、领导机制和工作机制不够健全、高师院校人才培养体系不够完善等。应着力从更新教育理念、教师自我成长、完善工作机制、抓好源头培养等方面入手,系统优化融合教学模式下中学思政课教师胜任力形塑策略。 The integrated teaching mode has triggered a profound revolution in middle school ideological and political teaching and put forward new requirements for the competence of middle school ideological and political teachers.In integrated teaching mode,the competency of secondary school ideological and political teachers is divided into six dimensions:knowledge,teaching skills,political literacy,professional ethics,personality,and intrinsic motivation,each of which has several items on competency.It is founded that there exist some problems regarding six dimensions of ideological and political teachers by the use of qualitative research method.This lies in teachers′out-of-date ideas and little initiation as well as imperfect leadership and working mechanism,and imperfect talent training system in normal universities.We should focus on updating the educational concept,teachers′self-growth,improving the working mechanism,and focusing on the source training,so as to systematically optimize the teacher competence shaping strategy under the integrated teaching mode.
