摘要
热仿真分析对牵引控制系统的电气结构设计起着至关重要的作用,它不仅能够对功率模块及冷却系统的设计与选取进行验证,还可通过分析结构参数对系统温度的影响,达到对电气结构进行优化的目的。对轻轨辅助电源柜铝制平台结构进行了热仿真分析研究,提出了对该种结构的热仿真分析方法,并结合试验数据证明了该方法的合理性。
Thermal simulation analysis plays a crucial role in the electrical structure design of traction control systems.It not only verifies the design and selection of power modules and cooling systems,but also optimizes the electrical structure by analyzing the impact of structural parameters on system temperature.We conducted a thermal simulation analysis study on the aluminum structure platform of LRV auxiliary power cabinet,and proposed a thermal simulation analysis method whose rationality was demonstrated in conjunction with experimental data.
