摘要
热仿真分析可以验证DC-DC变流器功率模块及冷却系统的设计与选取,还可以通过分析功率模块和柜体风道结构参数对系统温升的影响,对DC-DC变流器进行结构优化。对一种轨道车辆DC-DC变流器进行了热分析的仿真研究,提出了热仿真分析方法,并结合试验数据证明了该方法的合理性。
Thermal simulation analysis not only can verify the design and selection of DC-DC converter power module and cooling system,but also can optimize the structure of DC-DC converter by analyzing the impact of the power module and cabinet air duct structural parameters on the system temperature rise.We conducted a thermal analysis simulation study on a DC-DC converter for rail vehicles,and proposed a thermal simulation analysis method whose rationality was demonstrated in conjunction with experimental data.
