摘要
针对高大型构件的运输及吊装成为装配式的一大技术瓶颈问题,分析现在预制桥墩装配技术在城市桥梁的应用,高大型墩柱是目前需解决的装配式桥梁施工的难题。通过梳理当前国内外较为常见的节段拼装连接方式,采用试验分析的手段对比研究不同连接方式的预制拼装立柱的力学性能,推荐无黏结预应力钢筋和灌浆套筒组合连接作为分节段预制拼装立柱的拼装方式。
The transportation and hoisting of tall and large components has become a major technical bottleneck of assembly.By analyzing the application of precast pier assembly technology in urban bridges,it is found that high and large pier column is a difficult problem that needs to be solved in advance in bridge assembly construction.In this paper,by combing the common segmental assembling connection methods at home and abroad at present,the mechanical properties,cost and difficulty of construction of precast assembled columns with different connection methods are comparatively studied by means of experimental analysis,and the combination connection of unbonded prestressed steel bar and grouting sleeve is recommended for segmental precast assembled columns.
