摘要
目的探讨对小儿糖尿病患者给予营养饮食治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2020年4月—2022年5月菏泽市中医医院78例小儿糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为两组,其中施以常规治疗的设为参照组(n=39);施以常规治疗+营养饮食治疗的设为研究组(n=39)。对比两组患儿治疗结果。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率、营养指标、血糖水平、胆固醇水平以及三酰甘油水平均优于参照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养饮食治疗方式的有效运用,可明显提升患儿的治疗效果,改善患儿营养指标。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nutritional diet on children with diabetes.Methods 78 cases of pediatric diabetes patients from Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.Those receiving conventional treatment were the reference group(n=39).Those who received conventional treatment plus nutritional diet were assigned to the study group(n=39).The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,nutritional indexes,blood glucose levels,cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels of children with diabetes in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of nutritional diet therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients and improve the nutritional indexes of children.
