摘要
目的探讨小儿糖尿病实施营养饮食治疗的价值。方法选择该院确诊的2015年1月—2020年6月100例小儿糖尿病患儿,信封随机法分两组。对照组50例所采纳的是常规药物治疗,实验组50例在对照组基础上实施营养饮食治疗。比较两组治疗开始和治疗后白蛋白水平、血红蛋白水平、前白蛋白水平、转铁蛋白水平、血清钙水平、空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白变化、身体指标头围、体重和身高变化、并发症发生率。结果实验组白蛋白水平、血红蛋白水平、前白蛋白水平、转铁蛋白水平、血清钙水平、空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白变化、身体指标头围、体重和身高变化、并发症发生率和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿糖尿病患儿实施营养饮食治疗可进一步改善患儿的营养状况和控制血糖水平,促进患儿的健康生长发育,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the value of nutritional diet therapy in children with diabetes.Methods Select 100 children with diabetes from January 2015 to June 2020 diagnosed in this hospital,and divide them into two groups by envelope randomization.The 50 cases in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and the 50 cases in the experimental group were treated with nutritional diet on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared with albumin levels,hemoglobin levels,prealbumin levels,transferrin levels,serum calcium levels,fasting blood glucose levels,2 h postprandial blood glucose,changes in glycosylated hemoglobin,body indicators,head circumference,body weight and Height change,complication rate.Results The experimental group of the albumin levels,hemoglobin levels,prealbumin levels,transferrin levels,serum calcium levels,fasting blood glucose levels,two hours postprandial blood glucose,changes in glycosylated hemoglobin,changes in body indicators,head circumference,changes in weight and height,and concurrent incidence of symptom compared with the control group,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nutritional diet therapy in children with diabetes can further improve the nutritional status of the children and control the blood glucose level,promote the healthy growth and development of the children,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
