摘要
近年来,“政、行、校、企”有了新的标准和需求,现有教学模式也成了高职院校教育改革的新突破口,在新形势下,高职院校专业群产教深度融合“一头热”现象尤为明显,人才培养过程未体现高职院校职业教育特色、校企合作对接社会人才需求的效果不佳、人才培养质量参差不齐、校企之间未形成稳定的长效发展机制等。因此,结合个人多年来的教学经验、所在院系广告艺术设计专业群人才培养工作及校企合作的实际情况,本文研究了高职院校广告艺术设计专业群产教深度融合模式,以期对我校广告艺术设计专业群为企业培养合格人才、学生就业提供途径平台、服务区域经济和社会发展提供有效途径,同时对其他兄弟院校专业群进行产教融合、校企合作有一定的借鉴意义。
In recent years,with the changes in the demands of government,industry,schools and enterprises,the existing model has also encountered new problems and challenges.Under the new situation,the phenomenon of"wish-think"in the deep integration of professional group production and education in higher vocational colleges is particularly obvious.The talent training process does not reflect the characteristics of vocational education in higher vocational colle-ges;the effect of school-enterprise cooperation on meeting the needs of social talents is not good;the quality of talent training is uneven,and a stable long-term development mechanism has not been formed between schools and enterpri-ses.Therefore,in combination with my teaching experience over the years,the training work of the advertising art design major in my department and the actual situation of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper studies the deep integration mode of the advertising art design major in higher vocational colleges.It is expected to provide a platform for the profes-sional group of advertising art design in our school to cultivate qualified talents for enterprises,students'employment,and provide an effective way to serve the regional economic and social development.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for the professional group of other colleges and universities to carry out the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
