摘要
由于发动机的结构复杂,而火花塞处于发动机的内部,发动机在装配完成后,传统的火花塞检测方法存在误判、效率低等缺点。这里设计了有一种新型的发动机火花塞检测方法—基于Labview高精度、多通道的火花塞检测系统,用NI的采集卡采集相应的模拟量,系统反馈出火花塞放电性能变化曲线,上位机通过神经网络算法自动分析数据,并与台架已经进行检测的合格火花塞进行验证性比较,并将测试数据导出到Oracle数据库中,通过实验室与现场的测试结果表明,该系统能够准确地反馈出火花塞是否合格。
Because the structure of fuel engine is complex,and the spark plug is in the engine,after the engine is assembled,the traditional spark plug detection method has the disadvantages of misjudgment and low eficiency.A new method of engine spark plug detection is designed,which is based on LabVIEW high-precision and multi-channel spark plug detection system.The corresponding analog quantity is collected by NI acquisition card.The system feeds back the spark plug discharge performance change curve.The upper computer automatically analyzes the data by algorithm,and exports the data to Oracle database.Through the laboratory and field test results It shows that the system can accurately feedback whether the spark plug is qualified.
