摘要
目的 评价整体观指导下中医综合治疗寻常型银屑病的效果。方法 选择山东国欣颐养集团莱芜中心医院2020年2月-2021年2月接诊的76例寻常型银屑病患者,根据随机数字表法分组,对照组和观察组均为38例,给予对照组常规药物治疗,观察组采用整体观指导下的中医综合疗法,将2组寻常型银屑病患者的效果进行比较。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的银屑病面积和严重程度性指数(PASI)评分、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、中医症状量化积分及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 寻常型银屑病采用整体观指导下的中医综合疗法效果显著,有利于改善患者症状,值得推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris under the guidance of holistic view.Methods A total of 76 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group of Laiwu Central Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method.Both the control group and the observation group had 38 patients.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of holistic view.The effects of psoriasis vulgaris in 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%(37/38),higher than that of the control group(78.95%,30/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,90-item Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome quantification score,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris under the guidance of holistic view has a significant therapeutic effect,which is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect of patients,and is worth popularizing.
