摘要
目的 研究文献中耳穴贴压治疗慢性肝病失眠患者选穴规律。方法 选用2011年1月-2021年1月收录于中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和PubMed的耳穴贴压治疗慢性肝病失眠的临床中英文文献,进行主题词检索,对筛选文献的耳穴数据进行描述性分析及聚类分析。结果 最终纳入的6篇文献中,共涉及患者220例,使用频次居前5位的耳穴是:神门、肾、心、肝、皮质下;由聚类分析得出5个有效聚类群:神门-肾,胰-失眠,垂前-胆,枕-胃-胰,肾-枕-胆。结论 耳穴贴压可用于临床治疗慢性肝病失眠患者。
Objective To study the rule of selecting acupoints for the treatment of insomnia in patients with chronic liver disease by auricular acupoint pressing from the literature.Methods Selecting clinical Chinese and English literatures on the treatment of chronic liver disease and insomnia by auricular acupoint pressing from January 2011 to January 2021 included in CNKI database and Pubmed,subject term retrieval was carried out,and descriptive analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on the auricular point data.Results A total of 6 articles were included and 220 patients were involved.The top five in frequency of use were Shenmen(HT7),kidney,heart,liver,and cortex.Five effective clusters were obtained by cluster analysis:Shenmen(HT7)-kidney,pancreas-insomnia,anterior peptic-gallbladder,occipital-stomach-pancreas,kidney-occipital-gallbladder.Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing can be used for clinical treatment of insomnia in patients with chronic liver disease.
