摘要
目的:探讨苏氏流派外洗方联合冲击波治疗髋关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法:选择2020年1月至2022年6月昆明市中医医院收治的96例髋关节骨性关节炎患者,采用随机数表法将其分为甲组和乙组,每组48例。两组均予以常规西药治疗,甲组在西药治疗基础上予以体外冲击波治疗,乙组在甲组基础上予以苏氏流派外洗方熏洗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、髋关节功能、疼痛状况及治疗满意度情况。结果:乙组的临床疗效优于甲组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗4周后的Harris评分均高于本组治疗前,VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且乙组的Harris评分高于甲组,VAS评分低于甲组,差异显著(P<0.05);乙组的治疗满意度明显高于甲组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:苏氏流派外洗方熏洗与体外冲击波治疗能够提高髋关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效,有助于改善患者的髋关节功能,并可减轻其疼痛症状,提高其治疗满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of Su’s school of external washing prescription combined with shock wave in the treatment of hip osteoarthritis.Methods:96 patients with hip osteoarthritis admitted to Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,group A was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy on the basis of western medicine treatment,group B was treated with Su’s school of external washing prescription on the basis of group A.The clinical effect,hip function,pain status and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results:The clinical effect of group B was better than that of group A,the difference was significant(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,the Harris score of both groups was higher than before,and the VAS score of both groups was lower than before,and the Harris score of group B was higher than that of group A,and the VAS score was lower than t hat of group A,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of treatment in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fumigation and extracorporeal shock wave therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with hip osteoarthritis,help to improve the function of hip joint,reduce pain symptoms and improve treatment satisfaction.
