摘要
目的:将活络散结汤与雷珠单抗联合用于治疗年龄相关黄斑变性(Age-related Macular Degeneration,AMD)患者,分析该治疗方案对患者视力、荧光素眼底血管造影(Fundus Fluorescein Angiography,FFA)、光学相干断层成像(Optical Coherence Tomography,OCT)水平的影响,旨在为未来该类疾病的治疗方案提供有力依据。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年5月收治的AMD患者为研究对象,共110例,134只眼。按照随机数字表法分为对照组55例(70只眼)与观察组55例(64只眼)。对照组给予光动力学疗法联合雷珠单抗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合活络散结汤治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者视力、荧光素渗漏及黄斑中心凹厚度情况。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组临床症状缓解总有效率、视力改善总有效率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组治疗后的荧光素渗漏改善情况与黄斑中心凹厚度均比治疗前改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将活络散结汤与雷珠单抗联合用于治疗AMD患者中,可显著提高患者视力,减少荧光素渗漏,改善黄斑中心凹厚度,疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective:The Huoluo Sanjie decoction(活络散结汤)plus ranibizumab was applied in treating age-related macular degeneration,to analyze the effects of this therapeutic scheme on vision,fundus fluorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography of the patients,in order to provide powerful basis for the treatment of AMD in the future.Methods:110 cases with 134 eyes from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group of 55 cases(70 eyes)and the observation group of 55 cases(64 eyes)according to the random number table method.The control group was given photodynamic therapy plus ranibizumab,and the observation group was treated with the Huoluo Sanjie decoction more.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency of clinical symptoms relief and vision improvement in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fluorescent liquid leakage amelioration and macular fovea thickness in the two groups were both better than those before treatment,and the amelioration in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoluo Sanjie decoction plus ranibizumab on AMD can increase vision,reduce fluorescent liquid leakage and improve macular fovea thickness.It shows significant efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
