中欧学分测算方法的比较分析

摘要 进一步促进中欧学分互认,是提高我国高等教育国际化水平的需要。目前,中欧学分测算方法的差异是中欧高校学分互认的主要障碍之一。文章在梳理民国以来我国学分制发展的基础上,对中欧学分测算方法进行比较分析,并通过问卷调查实际测算我国高校学生的课业量情况。目前,我国高校每学分的平均课业量相当于1.5个欧洲学分,但不同类型、不同水平高校的课业量有差异。在总学分数要求高的压力下,我国大学生课外独立学习时间偏少。为促进中欧学分互认,建议完善培养方案总体设计,降低总学分数,增加学生独立学习时间,规范不同类型高校学分测算方法,试行以全部课业量为基础的方法。 Promoting the credit recognition and transfer between China and Europe is necessary to enhance the internationalization of China’s higher education.At present,the differences in credit measurements are one of the main obstacles in the mutual recognition of credits between China and Europe.This paper reviews the history of the credit system in China,and makes a comparative analysis on the differences in credit measurement between China and Europe.Based on a questionnaire survey,the workload per credit in China is calculated.It is found that the workload per credit in China is about 1.5 ECTS,but differences exist in different colleges and universities in China.Due to the large amount of total credits,students’independent study time after class is comparatively less in China.To promote the credit recognition and transfer between China and Europe,it is suggested to redesign Chinese credit system,reduce the total amount of credits,increase students’independent study time,standardize the credit measurement in different types of colleges and universities,and try out credit measurement system based on total workload.
