教育质量公平视域下残障大学生学习参与的概念诠释与实证研究——基于对17所应用型院校残障大学生的调查 被引量:3

摘要 关注高等教育的过程和质量,是教育公平理论在现阶段的重要特征。残障大学生的在学人数不断增长,其学习参与现状和影响因素值得探究。基于理论分析,并对应用型院校的残障学生进行调研发现,其学习参与由校园物理参与、校园机构参与、同伴交往、合理生活安排、生师互动和深度学习参与六个维度构成;校园物理参与和校园机构参与是残障大学生学习参与的重要内容,保障了日常学习的有序进行;残障大学生学习参与的整体状况一般,其不同维度间呈现差异性;学业支持对残障大学生的学习参与具有正向显著影响,其中过程评价标准学业支持的影响效应较大。为此,应通过提升及优化残障大学生学习参与的外部环境,构建应用型院校学业质量评价新指标,努力提升残障大学生的学习参与度。 Paying attention to the process and quality of higher education is an important feature of educational equity theory.The number of college students with disabilities on campus is growing,and it is worth exploring how their learning engagement and its current status and influencing factors are.Based on theoretical analysis,this paper investigates the students with disabilities in application-oriented universities.It is found that learning engagement of college students with disabilities is composed of six dimensions:campus physical engagement,campus institutional engagement,peer interaction,reasonable living arrangement,student-faculty interaction and in-depth learning engagement.The most important contents of learning engagement of college students with disabilities are campus physical engagement and campus institutional engagement,which guarantee the orderly progress of daily learning for college students with disabilities;their overall status of learning engagement was average,with variability among its different dimensions;academic accommodations have a significant impact on their overall engagement,and academic accommodations for process evaluation criteria have greater effect on the overall engagement.In order to improve and optimize the learning engagement level of college students with disabilities,a new index of academic quality evaluation is constructed.
