摘要
高职学生在学业基础、学习习惯和求学经历等方面有其特点,在面临挑战时更容易出现习得性无助。成长型思维理论认为个体的智力和能力可以通过努力和学习不断发展和提高,有助于解决这一现象。结合高职教育注重实践导向、素质培养及个性化发展的人才培养特点,通过树立教育理念、设计课程教学、融入辅导员谈话、开展团体辅导与心理咨询、指导自我提升、创建校家社共育等策略,构建高职学生成长型思维的多元化培养体系,助力高职学生成长与发展。
Higher vocational college students have their own characteristics in terms of academic foundation,learning habits and experience,and are more likely to experience learned helplessness when facing challenges.The growth mindset theory believes that an individual's intelligence and abilities can be continuously developed and improved through effort and learning,which helps to solve this problem.Combining the talent training characteristics of practical orientation,quality cultivation,and personalized development in higher vocational education,by establishing educational concepts,designing course teaching,integrating counselor conversations,conducting group counseling and psychological counseling,guiding self-improvement,and creating school family community co-education,a diversified training system for growth mindset of higher vocational students is constructed to assist their growth and development.
