顾北煤矿1542(3)工作面突水溃砂风险分析

摘要 为研究突水溃砂风险对煤层工作面开采的影响,以顾北煤矿1542(3)工作面为研究对象,利用经验公式计算煤层开采过程中的垮落带和导水裂隙带高度;并通过FLAC^(3D)软件进行数值模拟,推算出顾北煤矿1542(3)工作面垮落带高度为20m,导水裂隙带高度为35m,均小于由经验公式计算的最高值。再利用经验公式计算该工作面的临界水力坡度值与实际水力坡度值,并将二者进行比较,发现溃砂风险发生的可能性较低,说明该工作面的开采工作是安全可行的。 In order to study the influence of water inrush and sand break risk on coal seam mining in working face,taking 1542(3)working face of Gubei Coal Mine as an example,the heights of caving zone and water-conducting fracture zone in coal seam mining process are calculated by empirical formula method,and numerical simulation is carried out by FLAC^(3D) software.It is calculated that the heights of caving zone and waterconducting fracture zone in 1542(3)working face of Gubei Coal Mine are 20 m and 35 m,both of which are less than the highest values calculated by empirical formula method.Then,the critical hydraulic gradient value and actual hydraulic gradient value of the working face are calculated by empirical formula,and compared with them,it is found that the possibility of sand break risk is low,which shows that the mining work of the working face is safe and feasible.
