摘要
在过沟区域开采浅埋薄基岩顶板巨厚煤层时,将面临严重的水害威胁。柴沟煤矿在雨季过沟开采1503工作面,其煤层厚度20 m,埋深200 m.根据开采经验,该条件下回采后形成的裂缝带将直接导通至地表,届时将给井下生产带来严峻的水害威胁。通过对矿井及工作面水文地质条件及充水因素进行全面分析,应用理论计算,对不同地段的涌水量进行预测,认为工作面开采的主要充水水源为地表水和大气降水,且水量较大;充水通道主要为开采形成的顶板裂缝带。故提出"拦截、封堵、疏导"的防治水方案,具体为采前筑坝铺管打泄水孔,采中裂缝封堵及采后回填压实等3个阶段完成,同时提出相应的防治水技术措施,以此确保工作面安全过沟开采。
The shallow buried extremely thick coal seam would be faced with serious water hazard when ditch mining in the thin rock strata roof area.For the 1503 working face of Chaigou coal mine mining in the rainy season,the thickness of coal seam about 20m,and the depth about 200m.According to the mining experience,the fracture zone formed after mining in this condition would direct break over the surface,on the occasion that would bring serious water hazard threat to underground production of the coal mine.Through the comprehensive analysis about the hydrogeological condition and water filling factors of the mine and working face,and by the application of theory to calculation of the water inflow in different area,we find the surface water and atmospheric precipitation are the main water filling sources,and the amount of water is larger;and the main water filling channel is the roof fracture zone which formed by mining.Therefore,we put forward the water prevention and control solution of“intercept,blocking and drainage”,specifically for 3 stages of damming,laying the pipeline and drilling the drainage hole before mining,plugging fracture in mining and backfilling compaction after mining,meanwhile we propose the technical measure of water prevention and control to ensure the security of the working face ditch mining.
