超长冲程抽油机采油技术在油田的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对外围油田抽油机杆管偏磨、能耗高、效率低等情况,进行了超长冲程抽油机采油技术应用研究,地面选用超长冲程抽油机,井下应用超长冲程抽油泵,冲程可达50 m,实现“长冲程、低冲次”的采油模式。与常规抽油机相比,超长冲程抽油机采油技术的应用,可延缓杆管偏磨。经现场测试,有功功率节能率达到28.58%,系统效率提高6.78%,实现每年平均单井节电2.18×104 kWh,每年直接节电效益0.51万元,每年减少CO_(2)排放量16.95 t。超长冲程采油技术节能潜力大,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益,可在油田推广应用。 In view of the problems of irregular wear of rod and tube,high energy consumption and low efficiency of pumping unit in peripheral oilfield,the research and application of oil production technology of ultra-long stroke pumping unit are carried out.The ultra-long stroke pumping unit is selected on the ground while the ultra-long stroke pump is applied to the underground,which makes stroke be up to 50 m,achieving the oil production mode of"long stroke and low stroke".Compared with the conventional pumping unit,the application of ultra-long stroke pumping unit oil produc-tion technology can delay the irregular wear of rod and tube.In the meanwhile,after the application of ultra-long stroke oil production technology,the field test showed that the power saving rate of ac-tive power reached 28.58%,the system efficiency is increased by 6.78%,the average power saving per 4 well was 2.18×10 kWh,the direct power saving benefit is 5100 yuan per year,and the CO2 emis-sion is reduced by 16.95 t per year.Most importantly,the oil production technology of ultra-long stroke has great energy conservation potential and has good economic and social benefits,which can be popularized and applied in oilfields.
