直驱螺杆泵在油田的应用评价 被引量:1

摘要 螺杆泵采油方式是油田重要开采方式之一,在油田生产中发挥重要作用。受自身结构限制,具有传动链较长、故障点多、效率低、能耗高、运行成本高等缺点。为实现采油井产能的充分发挥,探索采用永磁同步电动机直驱螺杆泵技术,克服了效率低、维修频繁、维护费用多等问题。在保证油井生产的基础上,实现平均单井节电为0.80×10^(4)kW·h/a,直接节电效益为0.51万元/a,减少CO_(2)排放量6.22 t/a,节能潜力巨大,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,可在油田推广应用。 Oil production mode of progressing cavity pump is one of the most important production methods in oil field,which plays an important part in oil field production.Limited by its own structure,it has the disadvantages of long transmission chain,many failure points,low efficiency,high energy consumption and high operating cost.In order to give full play to the production capacity of oil wells,the technology of progressing cavity pump directly driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor is explored,which overcomes the problems of low efficiency,frequent maintenance and high maintenance cost.On the basis of ensuring the basic production of oil wells,the average power saving per well is 0.80×10^(4) kW·h/year,the direct power saving benefit is 5100 yuan/year,and the CO_(2) emission is reduced by 6.22 t/year.The energy saving potential is huge,and it has good economic and social benefits,which can be popularized and applied in oil fields.
