摘要
为了提高螺杆泵系统的采油效率,设计了高性能的地面直驱式螺杆泵电机系统。该系统采用节能型大力矩永磁同步电动机直接驱动,减少了机械减速器和皮带减速器,增加了反转制动机构,可实现带电停机、断电制动和负载自动跟踪的功能。井口运行数据显示:该设计单井耗能效率提高了1/3以上,线路损耗节省80%,综合节电率约20%。与传统螺杆泵系统相比,系统工作可靠性高,节能效果显著。
This paper is focused on the design of a high-powered surface direct-driven screw pump systems to enhance the oil extraction efficiency. This system, capable of reducing the mechanical and strap decelerator and increasing the reversal braking setups by using direct-driven energy-saving type PMSM, can realize functionsof electrification stopping, power-off brake and load automatic tracking. Wellhead operational data suggest that the design offers an increase of about one-third in efficiency of single well, line loss saving percentage of more than 80% , and comprehensive electricity-saving ratio of around 20%. Compared with the traditional screw pump system, the system gives a more reliable operation and a better energy-saving effect.
