摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在社区老年高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1—6月东营胜利胜东医院收治的86例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在健康教育过程中采用临床护理路径。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组高血压知识调查问卷评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。结论:临床护理路径在社区老年高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者对高血压知识的认知程度、治疗依从性与护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education of elderly hypertension patients in the community.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to Dongying Shengli Shengdong Hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine health education,and the observation group adopted clinical nursing pathways in the process of health education.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the hypertension knowledge questionnaire score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).The treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).Conclusion:The application effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education of elderly patients with hypertension in the community is significant,which can enhance patients'awareness of hypertension knowledge,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
