摘要
加强农村精神文明建设,是全面推进乡村振兴的重要内容。农村精神文明建设是实现共同富裕的应有之义,是推进乡风文明建设,促进农村发展的重要保障。农村精神文明建设包括思想建设和文化建设。要推动乡村思想建设,就要发挥农民的主体作用;要推动乡村文化建设,就要加强农村思想道德建设和公共文化建设,弥补农民思想认识上的欠缺。要培育农村的新风气,就要深化村民自治制度,有效发挥村规民约、家教家风的作用。该文从农村精神文明建设的重要性入手,探寻农村精神文明建设存在问题,并且依托乡村振兴这一大的背景,积极探索农村精神文明建设的优化路径。
