喷水推进船舶二维控制手柄优化设计

摘要 本文针对喷水推进船舶常用的二维控制手柄功能开展优化设计。通过优化手柄单元的硬件结构和软件控制策略,实现了二维手柄在狭窄航道精确操舵、多工况推进和高速紧急停车等特殊航行场景下的控制功能。优化后的手柄控制系统经Simulink平台模拟仿真,结果满足预期的设计要求。该系统通过了实船功能验证,为后续大批量应用打下良好基础。 This paper focus on the function optimization design of the two-dimensional control handle that is commonly used on the waterjet propulsion ship.By improving the hardware structures and the software control strategies of the handle control system,we have achieved serval control functions under special navigation environment such as accurate steering control in narrow channel,running on the multi-condition propulsion and emergency stop at high speed,etc.The optimized handle system was simulated through the Simulink platform and the results meet the design requirement as expected.This system was also validated in the ship trial test,which made a good foundation for its mass application.
