摘要 针对某型号轴向柱塞泵在重载小流量工况下容积效率低的问题,运用AMESim软件搭建轴向柱塞泵配流副原理模型,对配流盘的结构进行优化设计并对优化前后的容积效率进行对比分析,最后,通过试验验证了相关设计参数的正确性,结果表明:优化后的配流盘结构能明显地改善重载小流量工况下轴向柱塞泵的容积效率。 Focus on the low volumetric efficiency of the axial piston pump in the working condition of overloading and small flow rate,build the cylinder block-valve plate interface principle model of axial-piston pump base on AMESim software,optimized valve plate design and compared the volumetric efficiency before optimization and after,finally,through the experiment verify the correctness of the related design.The results show that the optimized structure can improve the volumetric efficiency of the axial piston pump in the working condition of overloading and small flow rate.
