海底输油管道清管过程中出口温度变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 清管过程中的温度变化对保障海管安全运行、保证油田正常生产至关重要。为此,基于多相流瞬态软件OLGA,结合渤海油田某输油海管实际运行工况,对海管清管过程中出口温度的变化规律展开研究,并通过现场数据对模拟结果进行验证。研究结果表明:含水体积分数、输液量以及凝析气会明显影响温度、截面含水面积分数及各阶段持续时间的变化,不同因素下温度变化会经历初始阶段、升高阶段、下降阶段、恢复阶段等4个阶段;出口温度变化的直接原因是出口截面含水面积分数的变化,根本原因是流体热力学性质差异;现场验证表明,海管温度异常是含水体积分数、输液量及清管产物在清管段塞下综合作用的结果。研究结论可为海管清管的现场操作与管理提供一定的参考。 The temperature change in the pigging process is vital for the safe operation of subsea pipelines and the normal production of the oilfield.Based on the transient multiphase flow simulator OLGA,the variation of the outlet temperature during pigging of a subsea pipeline in the Bohai Oilfield was investigated,and the simulation results were verified by the field data.The results show that the water volumetric fraction,liquid flow rate and condensate gas considerably affect the temperature,cross-sectional water fraction and the duration of each stage.The temperature variation can be generally divided into four stages:initiation,rising,falling,and recovery.The direct reason for the change in outlet temperature is the change in cross-sectional water fraction at the outlet,while the fundamental reason is the differences in fluid thermodynamic properties.Field verification shows that the temperature anomaly of subsea pipelines is the result of the joint effects of the water volumetric fraction,liquid flow rate and pigging products in a pigging slug.The research conclusions provide references for the field operation and management of subsea pipeline pigging.
