摘要
锦州港是我国北部沿海的重要商港,其航道穿越锦州20-2凝析气田登陆管线,为满足锦州港扩建工程,对锦州20-2凝析气田登陆管线进行了改造。根据锦州20-2凝析气田海底管道改造工艺,完成了海底管道清管器的设计选型,设计并实现了锦州20-2海底管道的排水、惰化、干燥等投产工艺。锦州20-2海底管道排水工艺通过组合清管列车实现,脱盐除水和扫水合并进行,达到了较好的排水效果;干燥投产工艺采用乙二醇干燥技术,实现了锦州20-2凝析气田快速安全复产。
The Jinzhou port is an important commercial port in North China. Its shipping lane goes cross the offshore pipeline of condensate gas field JZ20-2. To meet the requirement of the expansion project at the Jinzhou port,offshore pipeline of the condensate gas field JZ20-2 was revamped. The design and selection of submarine pipeline's cleaning pig was performed in accordance with the reconstruction process of the condensate gas field JZ20-2. In addition,commissioning processes for the submarine pipeline,including dewatering,inerting and drying process,were designed and realized. Dewatering process has been realized by combining cleaning pig train. Desalting dewatering process was associated with residual dewatering process,which had favorable dewatering effect. Besides,since the MEG drying technology was applied,the condensate gas field JZ20-2 restored its production rapidly and safely.
