碳达峰碳中和目标下河南产业结构优化研究 被引量:1

Research on Optimization of Industrial Structure in Henan Province in Perspective of“Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality”Goal

摘要 基于碳排放规模与碳排放强度两个维度,分析了1997年以来河南的碳排放特征,探讨了河南产业结构与碳排放之间的相互关系。结果表明:河南碳排放规模较大,碳排放强度呈现显著下降的趋势;河南产业结构不断调整与优化升级,一、二产业占比有所下降,三产业占比上升;产业结构趋向合理化,产业结构高级化水平也有了较大幅度的提升;工业是河南碳排放量最大和碳排放强度最高的行业;交通运输、仓储和邮政业,农林牧渔业等行业碳排放相对较低,碳排放强度低于工业。优化产业结构,有助于河南碳达峰碳中和目标的实现。 Based on two dimensions of carbon emission scale and carbon emission intensity,analyzed the characteristics of Henan’s carbon emissions since 1997,and discussed the relationship between Henan’s industrial structure and carbon emissions.The results show that the scale of carbon emissions in Henan is large,and the intensity of carbon emissions shows a significant downward trend.Industrial structure of Henan Province is constantly adjusted and upgraded.The proportion of primary and secondary industries has declined,while the proportion of tertiary industries has increased.The industrial structure tends to be rationalized,and the level of industrial structure upgrading has also been greatly improved.Industry is the branch with the largest carbon emission and the highest carbon emission intensity in Henan;transportation,warehousing,postal industry,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery and other industries have relatively low carbon emissions,and the carbon emission intensity is lower than that of industry.Optimizing the industrial structure of Henan Province will help to achieve the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”goal.
