摘要
农业硕士是与农业技术推广和农村发展任职资格相联系的专业学位,农业硕士研究生培养为我国农业领域输送复合型人才发挥着重要作用,在全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下,提升农业硕士研究生培养质量意义更为重大。通过对我国农业硕士研究生培养模式、培养问题、培养策略及与乡村振兴战略贯彻关系等方面进行梳理与归纳,总结目前我国农业硕士研究生培养现状特征及存在的不足,在简要评价基础上,结合当前乡村振兴人才需求初步探索未来我国农业硕士研究生培养改革趋向及建议。
Agriculture master is a professional degree related to agricultural technology extension and rural development qualifications.The agriculture master cultivation plays an important role in conveying inter-disciplinary talents in China’s agricultural field.Under the background of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,it is more significant to improve the quality of agricultural master cultivation.By combing and summarizing the training mode,problems,paths and the relationship between the training mode and the rural revitalization strategy,the paper summarized the current situation,characteristics and shortcomings of the cultivation of agricultural master’s degree,and preliminarily explored the main trend of agricultural master’s degree reform on the basis of brief evaluation.
