摘要
以“白加黑”路面扩建工程为依托,以路面结构施工实践,结合工程实际情况,进行路面混凝土上基层拼接施工技术研究,介绍高速公路扩建工程中“白加黑”路面拼宽侧混凝土上基层施工方法。基于旧路调查结果,在新旧混凝土上基层拼接带下部增设枕梁,预防新旧路面不均匀沉降而导致路面开裂,拼宽侧混凝土上基层采用滑模摊铺施工技术,重点阐述了新旧混凝土上基层拼接处的拼接方法,以及混凝土上基层采用滑模摊铺机的施工方法。
Based on the'white plus black'pavement expansion project,taking the pavement structure construction practice and combining with the actual situation of the project,the paper conducts a research on the construction technology of pavement concrete upper base splicing,and introduces the construction method of'white plus black'pavement widening side concrete upper base in the expressway expansion project.Based on the investigation results of the old road,sleeper beams are added at the lower part of the splicing zone of the new and old concrete upper base to prevent the uneven settlement of the new and old pavement from causing pavement cracking.The slip form paving construction technology is used for the concrete upper base at the widened side.The splicing method of the splicing of the new and old concrete upper base and the construction method of the concrete upper base using the slip form paver are emphatically described.
