摘要
为了全面提高油藏管理单元的评价及考核质量,分别对油藏管理单元评价方法以及油藏管理单元考核方法进行了多方面的研究。研究结果表明:在对油藏管理单元进行评价的过程中,不仅要对开发水平进行评价,还要对资源状况、经营管理水平等进行评价,最终为经营目标的确定以及考核奠定基础。在对油藏管理单元进行考核的过程中,可以引入平衡积分卡方法,该种类型的方法已经在国内外众多油气公司得到了成功应用。
In order to comprehensively improve the evaluation and assessment quality of the reservoir management unit,this study has conducted various studies on the evaluation method of the reservoir management unit and the assessment method of the reservoir management unit.The research results show that in the process of evaluating the reservoir management unit,it is not only necessary to evaluate the development level,but also to evaluate the resource status,operation and management level,and finally lay the foundation for the determination and assessment of the operation objectives.In the process of evaluating the reservoir management unit,the balanced scorecard method can be introduced.This type of method has been successfully applied in many oil and gas companies at home and abroad.
