淤浆聚乙烯聚合工艺及催化剂的进展

摘要 淤浆聚合工艺是高密度聚乙烯最主要的生产工艺。本文综述了国内典型的淤浆聚乙烯聚合工艺及催化剂的研究进展。淤浆聚乙烯工艺主要包括Mitsui公司的CX工艺、LyondellBasell公司的Hostalen/ACP工艺、Inoes公司的Innovene S工艺以及Chevron Phillips Chemical公司的MarTECH^(■)ADL工艺。详细介绍了这几种装置的工艺特点、技术趋势及催化剂的应用情况,并对我国淤浆聚乙烯生产工艺和催化剂的发展提供了建议。 Slurry polymerization process is the main process for high-density polyethylene(HDPE).The progress in technology and catalysts for slurry phase polyethylene process are reviewed.The slurry polyethylene process has been introduced,including CX process from Mitsui,Hostalen/ACP process from LyondellBasell,Innovene S process from Ineos,and MarTECH^(■)ADL process from Chevron Phillips Chemical.The characteristics,technical progress of each process and the development of the catalysts were discussed.Some advices on the development of the slurry polyethylene polymerization process and catalysts were proposed.
